Membership Types
effective March 1, 2010

Memberships are now available for Patients, Caregivers, and those that are neither but are interested!

Patient Membership— FREE
The Free Membership is reserved for Patients who do not wish to have access to Grow Tips and Forums on the website and have no voting rights in the Association

Grower Membership — $50
Available to Caregivers and Patients that wish to have access to Grow Tips, and Grower Forums, discounts on events. This is an Individual Membership.

Business Membership — $150
Available ONLY to Caregivers. This level provides access to all aspects of the Website including the Exchange postings, opportunity for Advertising. This is an Individual Membership

Affiliate Membership — $50
Available to NON Patients & Caregivers. No web access to Grow Tips or Forums. This is an Individual Membership.

Affiliate Executive Membership - $150
For Companies that wish to promote their products and services to the MMGA membership. Advertising opportunities will be available.

Send your Registration Form and membership fee to PO Box 10628, Bozemam, MT 59719. Checks are payable to the Montana Medical Grower's Association. The registration from it provided as an attachment.
